Privacy Policy
Last updated: December 2024
1. Introduction
This Privacy Policy explains how Rebrandland AI ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information through the Kliq Events platform ("Platform"). We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data responsibly.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information to provide and improve our Platform services. This includes:
Account Information
- Name, email address, and contact information
- Organization and billing details
- Account credentials and preferences
Event Data
- Event details and configurations
- Participant, facilitator, and volunteer information
- Session schedules and attendance records
- Feedback and survey responses
Usage Information
- Device information and browser type
- IP address and location data
- Platform usage patterns and interactions
- Cookies and similar tracking technologies
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Kliq Events Platform
- Process subscriptions and payments
- Send service-related communications
- Improve Platform features and user experience
- Provide customer support
- Ensure Platform security and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal obligations
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service Providers: Third-party vendors who help us operate the Platform (payment processors, hosting providers, analytics services)
- Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request
- Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets
- With Your Consent: When you explicitly authorize sharing
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.
Kliq Card networking (optional). If you tick "Share my attendance with Kliq Card networking" when you register, or turn it on later from My Tickets, we share your name, email address, ticket type, the event you registered for, and when you checked in with Kliq Card, our networking service. Kliq Card uses this to show the event in your event hub, show you to other attendees who have also opted in, and tag the connections and follow-ups you make to that event. Sharing is off unless you choose it, and it's per registration. You can turn it off at any time from My Tickets. We then tell Kliq Card to remove your attendance from that event. Public event details (title, dates, venue, organizer) are shared with Kliq Card for published events regardless.
If you organize events for an organization on our Enterprise plan, you can also link your own Kliq Card account to your Kliq Events organizer account from Settings. Linking sends Kliq Card your Kliq Events account ID and email address so the two accounts can be connected. On its own, it does not share your events' attendee data; that happens only if your organization is linked to Kliq Card Memberships, as described below.
Kliq Card Memberships (organizations). If an owner or admin of your organization links it to a Kliq Card organization, we share that organization's events with it, including who registered and checked in (name, email, ticket type and status) and who holds organizer or staff roles. This is shared only with the Kliq Card organization or organizations your organizer linked, and stops for each one when either side disconnects it. It is separate from the personal "Share my attendance with Kliq Card networking" choice.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
- Encryption of data in transit (TLS/SSL) and at rest

While we strive to protect your data, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
