Text messages are sent by The Rebrand Creative Agency, operating as Kliq Events, from +1 (855) 389-9937. Event organizers use Kliq Events to communicate with attendees who have explicitly opted in. The organizer is the sender of each message; Kliq Events provides the messaging platform.

What these messages are

If you choose to receive texts, the organizer may send event reminders, schedule or venue changes, check-in instructions, and occasional updates about that organizer's upcoming events. Message content is tied to the event you registered for or purchased a ticket to.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number and checking the SMS consent box during ticket checkout, on the public event page, or using the form below. The checkbox states that you agree to receive text updates from Kliq Events (The Rebrand Creative Agency) at +1 (855) 389-9937. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing a ticket or using Kliq Events. We do not sell or rent your phone number for messaging.

Message frequency and costs

Message frequency varies based on the events you attend and the updates an organizer needs to share. You may typically receive a few messages per event. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.

Managing messages

• Reply STOP to unsubscribe from Kliq Events text messages.
• Reply START to resume messages after unsubscribing.
• Reply HELP for assistance.

You can also contact the event organizer using the contact information in your registration or ticket confirmation. Opting out of texts does not affect your ticket or event registration.
